NEC Outdoors Show - Campaign Meet-Up

There will be a get together for those attending the NEC Outdoors Show, and supportative of the Wild Camping E-Petition.
DATE/TIME: Sat 15/3 - 15:00 to 16:00
LOCATION: Back of HALL 3 (marked VOID on floor plan - I hope that’s the case when we get there!)
WHO: All pro E-P people welcome (its for planning, not arguing the issues)
AIM: To co-ordinate activity to increase E-P vote total before closing date
AGENDA:
(sorry for the formality but trying to focus our collective thoughts & ideas before we turn up)
1. Identify who is actively involved + any silent supporters
2. Gather contact details together
3. Review the E-P ideas already underway - success/failures
4. Consider follow up activity for these
5. Identify new ideas and initiatives
6. Agree how to take these forward
7. What happens post E-P? - Open debate
